After working as an executive assistant and operations leader for the past two decades, I'm excited to share the secrets I've learned with your organization. I'm passionate about enhancing the leadership skills of those I work with, whether executives or assistants. During my career, I've gained a wide range of experiences, including managing budgets, leading teams, developing team culture, building systems, and mentoring some incredibly talented people. Despite this variety, one thing has remained constant: I love helping organizations grow by sharing the valuable knowledge I've accumulated over the years.

Originally from Alabama, I now live in Oklahoma. However, I still bring that Southern charm and hospitality to every relationship I build. When I'm not working, I love spending time with my husband, Michael, our three daughters, Michaela, Emma, and Bella, and our four-legged companion, Charlie. I enjoy traveling, cooking, and baking delicious treats.

Most recently, I served as the Director of Operations and Executive Assistant to the VP of Technology at Life.Church. In October, I decided to enter a new season of pursuing my passion for coaching executive assistants.
