Before our coaching sessions commence, I conduct separate meetings with the executive assistant and, if available, the leader. In these discussions, we dive into the challenges, roadblocks, and desired outcomes that are unique to each individual.

• Leader Alignment: The leader's commitment is crucial, and these individual meetings ensure they are on board and ready to empower the executive assistant to embrace potential new approaches and release responsibilities as they become ready.
